10 Weeks to Christmas

10 weeks till Christmas and a new pound shop opened near us yesterday. We took Ant’s mum and went to have a look. It was really busy, as you can imagine for an opening day so we didn’t get to have a proper look. I did manage to get the kids some gloves, some Halloween bits and a few stocking fillers, though.
I’m not going to say what I bought in case little eyes see this post.

I’ll be going back closer to Christmas when it’s, hopefully, not as busy and getting some more stocking fillers.
I’m also on the lookout for some small gifts that I can use to put in the drawers of our new advent calendar.

I also want to price up how much chocolates, candy canes and Christmas ribbon will be to make about 15 chocolate sleighs for my stepdaughter. She wants to give them as presents for her work colleagues and friends.
The girls love making things for their sister and they really enjoyed making the sleighs when we made them for the cousins.

It’ll soon be time to get all the decorations down to see what we’ve got and make a list of what we need to buy 🙂
